This Privacy Policy explains how Infinity Store (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and shares information when you use the mobile application ShortTwist: Mini Drama Reels (package com.short.reels.twist.drama) and this website (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect

- Account information (if you choose to sign in): such as your email address, display name and profile picture provided by the sign-in method you select.
- Support messages: the email address and content you send when you contact us.
1.2 Information collected automatically
- Device and identifiers: device model, operating system version, language, app version, a device or installation ID, and the Android Advertising ID.
- App activity: dramas and episodes viewed, watch progress, favourites, and in-app interactions, used to save your progress and improve recommendations.
- App performance & diagnostics: crash logs, loading times and other diagnostic data.
- Approximate network information: IP address (used to deliver content and ads appropriate to your region and to prevent fraud).
We do not request access to your precise location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos or SMS.
2. How we use information
- To provide, operate and maintain the Service, including streaming videos and saving watch progress;
- To display advertising that keeps the Service free, and to measure ad performance;
- To analyse usage, fix bugs and improve content and features;
- To detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse and security issues;
- To respond to support requests and send important service notices;
- To comply with legal obligations.

4. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers listed above for the purposes described, when required by law, or to protect our rights and the safety of users. App information, performance data and device identifiers may be shared with advertising and analytics partners as disclosed in our Google Play Data Safety section.
5. Advertising choices
You can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your Android device settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads, or Settings → Google → Ads). Where required (e.g. in the EEA/UK), we ask for your consent before showing personalised ads, and you can change your choice at any time from within the app.
6. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary to provide the Service and for the purposes described in this policy. When you request deletion, your account and associated personal data are deleted within 90 days, except where we must keep certain information to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes or prevent fraud.
7. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights (GDPR & other laws)
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. 9. Children’s privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
