You can ask us to delete your ShortTwist: Mini Drama Reels account and associated personal data at any time. Choose one of the options below.
Processing time: Deletion requests are completed within 90 days of receiving and verifying your request. You will receive a confirmation email once it’s done.
Option 1 — Delete inside the app
- Open the ShortTwist app on your device.
- Go to the Profile (Me) tab.
- Open Settings.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
If you use the app without signing in, your watch data is linked only to your device. Uninstalling the app or clearing app data removes it from your device; you can also use the form below to ask us to delete any server-side data linked to your device.
Option 2 — Request deletion online
Fill in the form below. It will open your email app with a pre-filled request to infinity.store.mobile@gmail.com — just press Send. You can also email us directly with the subject “Account Deletion Request – ShortTwist”.
What data is deleted
- Your account profile (email, display name, profile picture);
- Watch history, watch progress and favourites / My List;
- Account balance, coins or rewards associated with your account (these are forfeited and cannot be restored);
- Support correspondence linked to your account (after the request is closed).
What data may be kept
- Transaction records required by law for tax and accounting purposes (kept only as long as legally required);
- Aggregated or anonymised statistics that can no longer identify you;
- Data held by third-party providers (e.g. advertising and analytics partners) under their own retention policies. You can reset your Advertising ID in your Android settings at any time.
